Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Kanawha Players, the Official State Theater of West Virginia, offers sponsorship opportunities for each of our seasons' shows.

Sponsorships enable you to place your name in front of arts consumers and, through placement in all of Kanawha Players’ advertising and printed materials for the show, the greater Charleston area. One important benefit to our sponsors in the 2007-08 season is that we have a new television partner – WCHS TV 8 and WVAH Fox 11 – who will be developing public service announcements for our shows. This will allow for our top show sponsors to be featured on television ads on BOTH stations during the run of each show, so now you’ll be seen on posters, billboards, newsletters, programs, our website and on TV!

Our sponsorship levels and the benefits they provide are:

BASIC SPONSORSHIP $2,500	• Title recognition in tickets, program covers, posters, flyers, press materials • Stage announcement as official sponsor at each performance • Twenty (20) complimentary opening night admissions
ADVANCED SPONSORSHIP $3,500	• Same benefits as Basic Sponsorship plus: • Inclusion in all television advertising • Front cover story about sponsor in Curtain Call • Complimentary full page ad in program • Set up lobby display for run of show • Forty (40) complimentary run of show admissions
