We’re bringing Briefs and Shorts back!

Briefs & Shorts highlights the wealth of wonderful short works and gives opportunities to newer actors, playwrights, and directors who reproduce the successes of ten-minute play festivals nationwide.

Briefs & Shorts gives you a theatre fix for $5 and has you home by 10 p.m. This is Charleston’s only venue for 10 minute plays!

Each Briefs and Shorts show that we put on needs the following:

  • Playwrights
  • Directors
  • Actors
  • Costumers
  • Props Masters (Make or Find Props)
  • Stage Crew (Painters, Set Makers, Lighting, Sound)
  • Directors
  • Stage Managers
  • Theatre Managers/Ticket Takers/Ushers
  • Marketing (Playbills & Posters)
